| ANGER: CONFRONT IT. CONFESS IT“In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.” Ephesians 4:26 Don’t let the sun set on your anger because the devil will get a foothold in your life (My Paraphrase of Ephesians 4:26). Differences exist in any kind of relationship – think about conflicts you’ve had with friends, family and even colleagues. We will all be tempted to lose our cool and become angry, but we need to deal with the situation then and there. Don’t let it simmer and prolong, making the problem grow even greater. Don’t let the sun set on your anger – confront it and confess it. How do we do that? Don’t Lose Your Cool: Losing our temper is not only sinful, it’s destructive for both ourselves and very often for others. Try to remain calm BEFORE losing your temper. Act vs. React: Choose how you ACT rather than allowing anger to dictate your REACTION. So, act in a positive way. Get a hold of yourself; it’s that important. Confront when Necessary: Confrontation is often necessary to clear the air and address issues and even misunderstandings that lead to disagreement and frustrations. But be sure to check your attitude when you confront another. Be firm, but not mean, when someone steps out of line. Confess It: If you’re the one in the wrong, confess your sin first to God and then to that person. Ask for forgiveness and move on. Don’t make excuses for your behavior – that will only further irritate the person you’ve hurt. Keep it simple: “I was wrong. I’m sorry.” This doesn’t mean that every person we wrong will accept our apology, but God’s Word is clear: “If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.” (Romans 12: 18) How do you respond when angry? Don’t let the sun go down on your anger. Confront it. Confess it. And remember that Jesus got angry, but never sinned. Jesus is the perfect example of how to deal with anger in the best possible way. |

“Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.” – Matthew 12:31
The thought of an unpardonable, or unforgivable sin has brought grief to many people throughout history. Some people believe that committing suicide is unforgivable. Others talk about “seven deadly sins” that can doom you to an unpardonable state.
Christians have long debated what the unpardonable sin is. Some Christians even live in fear, terrified that they may have committed the unpardonable sin and that God has already separated Himself from them; but perhaps that guilt and fear is unnecessary.
Now let’s stop here a moment. If you worry that you have committed the unpardonable sin, then that’s one of the clearest signs you have not. The very fact that you are bothered by your sinfulness shows that the Holy Spirit has not abandoned you!
The only unpardonable sin is total rejection of Jesus Christ, also referred to as blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. The one thing that God cannot forgive is when we reject His Son all our lives. God will not forgive us for rejecting the incredible thing His Son did for us, paying the penalty so that our sins could be washed away when we have repentant faith in Him.
Except for the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, whatever evil you have done and however bad you think you are, God offers His forgiveness in Christ. Why not accept that forgiveness today?

No matter how diligent you are about security, there’s always a chance you can get hacked. That’s why you need to put a plan in place NOW to protect yourself and your CLIENTS, so damage is minimized. But what should you do if you find out you’ve been hacked?
First, contact your IT department (us) IMMEDIATELY. The faster we can address the attack – and determine the extent of the data, applications and machines compromised – the better your chances are of preventing much bigger problems. We’ll go to work on containing the attack and conducting a full scan of your network.
Based on what we discover, we may advise you to contact the local FBI office and your attorney. Your legal responsibilities depend greatly on the type of data accessed. For example, if medical, financial or other confidential records were stolen or accessed, you are legally responsible for notifying affected individuals that their data was compromised (your attorney can best direct you on what you need to do and how to do it).
Cybercrime is at an all-time high, and hackers are setting their sights on small and medium businesses who are “low hanging fruit.” Don’t be their next victim!

Regular exercise has many benefits. It can improve our overall health and fitness, reduce our risk for chronic conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, and boost our mental and emotional well-being. Adults are encouraged to get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise – or 75 minutes of more vigorous physical activity – each week. For children and teens, experts recommend 60 minutes of exercise daily, with most of it moderate-intensity aerobic activity. The challenge for many of us is how to make physical activity part of our regular routine, without it feeling like a chore. The following tips can help us stay on track: Make small, simple changes. Every bit of extra activity helps. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walk over to a co-worker’s desk instead of sending an email, or park further away from where you are going and walk the rest of the way Find a buddy or group. Having someone to exercise with can provide motivation and make activities more enjoyable. Consider joining a group exercise class, walking club or rec sports team. Keep track of your progress. Being able to see how far you’ve come can help you stay motivated and allows you to celebrate your successes. Personal fitness devices make it easier than ever to track your daily activity. Change things up. Keep things fresh by trying different activities, or listen to music to keep from getting bored. Plan for bad weather. Join a gym you can use when you need to exercise indoors, or find a shopping mall where you can walk year-round. As an employer, you can do your part to encourage employees to be more active, both at work and at home. |

Blessed is the man who believes in, trusts in, and relies on the Lord, and whose hope and confidence the Lord is. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit.-Jeremiah 17:7-8
When Jesus instructed us not to worry about tomorrow, He was saying that we should deal with life one day at a time. He gives us the strength we need as we need it. When we take that strength He gives us and apply it to worry instead of action, we rob ourselves of the blessing God intended for us to have TODAY-not tomorrow or the next, but today. We miss out on good things because we worry about bad things that may not even come to be!
For several years, a woman had trouble getting to sleep at night because she fear burglars. One night her husband heard a noise in the house, so he went downstairs to investigate. When he got there, he did find a burglar. “Good evening” said the man of the house. “I am pleased to see you. Come upstairs and meet my wife. She has been waiting ten years to meet you.”
Dont waste precious time with worry.
