JESUS WAS ALWAYS HEADED TO JERUSALEM

“While Jesus was on the way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.” – Luke 17:11

If you study the New Testament, time and again it talks about, “While Jesus is on the way to Jerusalem.”  Don’t ever forget that.  Christ came to teach.  Christ came to preach.  Christ came to heal.  He came to perform miracles.  But the main mission of Christ, always, was to head to Jerusalem.

Why?  Because at Jerusalem was the cross.

Why?  Because on the cross, He would pay the penalty for our sins.

And why was that important?  Because the main reason that Jesus Christ came is so He could be our Savior, so He could die in our place, so He could save us from sin and death and hell.  All through His ministry, amidst all the great things He is doing, this was His one central focus.  He was headed to Jerusalem.  He was headed to the cross.  This is why He came.

The Power of Being Positive

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.              Proverbs 23:7

 

Is your philosophy,: “If you don’t expect anything good to happen, then you won’t be disappointed when it doesn’t” ?  Have devastating things happened to you over the years, that you are afraid to believe anything good might happen to you now?  Are your thoughts all negative? Are the words coming out of your mouth negative?  Do you believe all things in your life are negative?

Perhaps you are negative because you are avoiding hope to protect yourself from being hurt.  This type of behavior sets up a negative lifestyle.  Everything becomes negative because your thoughts are negative.

When you study the Word and start to trust God to restore you, one of the first things you will realize is the negativism has to go.  The longer you read the word and serve God, the more you will realize the tremendous power in being positive in your thoughts and words.

Our actions are a direct result of our thoughts.  A negative mind will result in a negative life.  A positive mind will result in a positive life.

It is a life-changing exercise to line up out thoughts with God’s thoughts.

Think positive…Be positive…and Positive Things Will Happen…….

It is easy to get an answer and to make a claim.

Every U.S. state has established a program, usually within the state treasurer’s office, to facilitate the return of unclaimed property to its rightful owners.

Generally, the property is listed in databases that are accessible online.  Instructions for making a claim vary from state to state: in some cases that can be done online, while in other cases applications must be printed out and mailed to the state, possibly after being notarized.
