Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. 1 Peter 5:9

Satan is determined to make us miserable and to steal everything Jesus died to give us. But if we are rooted in our faith in God, we will be immovable. We should always resist the devil at his onset. The minute you realize he is attacking or lying to you, resist him immediately. Tell him that he is a liar and that you will not be moved.

At times, we al go through difficulties, trials, and tribulations, but they don’t last forever. God works them for out good if we will trust Him (Romans 8:28). We also go through dark times, but Isaiah says we will receive the secret riches of dark places (Isaiah 45:3).

Trials make us us our faith, and each time we use it, it grows stronger. Things that upset you now will not bother you at all later on. When you are rooted in faith, you will grow spiritually and be strong in God and the power of His might.
