  3. Practice positive affirmations….Repeating positive thoughts works well for creating a happier frame of mind. You can send empowering messages to yourself that says you are confident, happy and excited.
  4. Practice confident body language…FORCE yourself to smile even when you may not want to. Posture is important as well-stand tall with your head lifted and shoulders pulled back.
  5. Do things that make you happy…focus on things that improve your life. Find balance between fun and work life.
