We are looking to bring on a new team member to assist Mike Greenhow in our Honda Sales department. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, team player who is willing to help with anything and everything.  Full time with benefits

Most of the job duties can be taught easily to a quick learner. Some duties include:

Responsibilities:

  1. Set and confirm all new prospect customer appointments.
  2. Email communication with new prospect customer.
  3. Will handle all paperwork related to stocking in vehicles such as key tags, trade packs, etc.
  4. Schedule new customer appointments for Accessory Installation, Eco Block, and Due Bills
  5. Help put deal packs together.
  6. Mail customer a letter & email the day following a vehicle purchase
  7. Mail customer birthday cards.
  8. Schedule appointments for service customer.
  9. Pull service appointment list.
  10. Handle any issues customer may have in regards to Finance, Accounting, Service and Body Shop.
  11. Follow up with SOLD customers the day after their delivery, thank and remind them of survey.
  12. Contact previous customers by phone and email
  13. Any other work duties as needed.
