Most of the job duties can be taught easily to a quick learner. Some duties include:
Responsibilities:
- Set and confirm all new prospect customer appointments.
- Email communication with new prospect customer.
- Will handle all paperwork related to stocking in vehicles such as key tags, trade packs, etc.
- Schedule new customer appointments for Accessory Installation, Eco Block, and Due Bills
- Help put deal packs together.
- Mail customer a letter & email the day following a vehicle purchase
- Mail customer birthday cards.
- Schedule appointments for service customer.
- Pull service appointment list.
- Handle any issues customer may have in regards to Finance, Accounting, Service and Body Shop.
- Follow up with SOLD customers the day after their delivery, thank and remind them of survey.
- Contact previous customers by phone and email
- Any other work duties as needed.
