…your dealership employees can reset their own passwords right from their computer?

 

The Forget Password link displayed on the login screen of GlobalConnect is for users to reset their own passwords.  Click the link and check out how easy it is to reset it!  Just follow a few simple steps:

 

Step 1:            Enter your login ID, click “Continue”

Step 2:            Answer two security questions and enter your “new” password twice

Step 3:            Click “Submit” and your password has now been changed!

 

Login to Global Connect with your NEW password.  Remember, you can reset your password at any time.
