Are you annoyed by incorrect names, spellings, or old no longer needed addresses that are “auto populated” in your email on the mail.regallakeland.com site?  Here is how to remove those pesky addresses:

In order to prevent misspelled or former employees’ addresses from auto-populating the “To” field, you’ll need to click on the “Contacts” tab on the upper left side of the screen (it’s 2nd from the left, next to “Email”).

Once you’ve done so you will see a column on the left called “Personal Contacts”, beneath which will be a couple of options.  One is called “My Contacts” and the other is called “Auto-saved Archived“.  “My Contacts” is a listing of any addresses you’ve saved to your contacts.  “Auto-saved Archived” is a list of any address you’ve emailed in the past (provided you’ve enabled the feature “Add recently emailed addresses to Recent Addresses Contacts list” in your composing email settings).

You’ll want to click on “Auto-saved Archived” and check the box next to any addresses you no longer want to auto-populate.  Once you’ve selected all the addresses you want to get rid of, click the delete button.  You may want to do the same thing in “My Contacts” if necessary.
